Recently on the Radio Real Estate show we had Moss Moloney talk about the local and BC Real Estate Market. His thoughts were we are still strong in the British Columbia Real Estate Market and our economy despite all the shelter taxes here in Canada such as the HST and the Property Transfer Tax. Interest rates are still low and affordable for consumers and there is a great amount of product for Buyers to choose from. Real Estate is a still a fantastic investment for British Columbians. Moss has been in the Real Estate Business for 33 years!

A little slow down this week, or is it!

In the real estate wrold kids are getting out of school which around this time of year causes a little slow down to the housing markets. The condo markets however for new product have been busier. First time buyers with no children have been buying up some of the new development product. Four sales alone in the SOHO project last week!

Tuesday February 7th, 2010 at about 8:30 am marks the day the Torch will come down 112th Street. I will be there with the Rotary of North Delta handing out hot chocolate at Burnview Secondary School. So come down and see the flame run by! Go Canada go!
