Yes, the market is slowing creepy up in sales and in phone calls since our very slow July and August. More quality listings seem to be coming on the market, giving Buyers a good choice of product. Now as a Buyer in this balanced market, you can go view a home, 2 to 3 times before making the decision to write and offer. A little stressful for Sellers, but great for Buyers. I myself have had 4 new listings this week in all different price ranges and categories.
